WHEREAS, the Tobacco Enforcement Program Grant PY27, Intergovernmental Agreement No. 43CFZ03636, Company 1000 - Accounting Unit 4530, was accepted, adopted, and appropriated pursuant to Resolution FI-R-0091-26 on June 16, 2026; and

WHEREAS, it has been determined that the resolution contained a scrivener’s error, in that the accounting unit should have been 4531 instead of 4530.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the previously approved resolution FI-R-0091-26 is hereby corrected to update Accounting Unit 4530 with Accounting Unit 4531, the associated budget be moved, and that there is no change to the approved grant amount, purpose, and scope of work.
