RE-APPOINTMENT OF SABA HAIDER – COUNTY BOARD MEMBER

TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH

WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her re-appointment of Saba Haider as a member of the DuPage County Board of Health; and

WHEREAS, such re-appointment requires the advice and consent of the County Board under 55 ILCS 5/5-25012.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby advise and consent to the re-appointment of Saba Haider, as a member of the DuPage County Board of Health for a term expiring June 30^th, 2026; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Appointment” be attached hereunto and made part of this resolution; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit certified copies of this resolution to Saba Haider, and the Board of Health, 111 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton, IL 60187.
