WHEREAS, proposals have been submitted and evaluated in accordance with County Board Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Bord approval for the issuance of a contract to The International City Management Association Retirement Corporation (ICMA-RC) d/b/a Mission Square Retirement, to provide a consolidated 457 Tax Advantage Deferred Compensation Plan for County employees, covering the period of July 8, 2026 through July 7, 2029, for Human Resources.
NOW, THREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract to provide a consolidated 457 Tax Advantage Deferred Compensation Plan for County employees, covering the period July 8, 2026 through July 7, 2029, for Human Resources, be, and hereby approved for the issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to The International City Management Association Retirement Corporation (ICMA-RC) d/b/a Mission Square Retirement.
