FOR LEGAL SERVICES
FOR THE STATE’S ATTORNEY’S OFFICE

WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with State law; and

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Board approval of payments to Momkus, LLC, to provide legal services as Special Assistant State’s Attorneys, for the period of December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said approval of payments for legal services for the State’s Attorney’s Office, for the period of December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024, be, and is hereby approved for issuance of payments to Momkus, LLC, 1001 Warrenville Road, Lisle, IL 60532, for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.
