ISSUED TO CENTRAL POLY-BAG CORPORATION
TO PROVIDE TRASH AND RECYCLING CAN LINERS
FOR THE DUPAGE CARE CENTER
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $53,000.00

WHEREAS, on August 11, 2026, the DuPage County Board approved HS-P-0030-26 for a contract purchase order to Central Poly-Bag Corporation, to provide trash and recycling can liners, as needed, for the period of August 11, 2026, through August 10, 2027, for the DuPage Care Center; and
WHEREAS, the awarded vendor is unable to meet all of the qualifications on the original Bid #26-051-FM.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board that Resolution HS-P-0030-26, dated August 11, 2026, shall be and is hereby repealed and rescinded in its entirety effective immediately.
