APPOINTMENT OF JOEY MOORE - PUBLIC MEMBER
TO THE DUPAGE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH
resolution
WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her appointment of Joey Moore to fill a vacancy as a member of the DuPage County Board of Health; and
WHEREAS, such appointment requires the approval of the County Board under 55 ILCS 5/5-25012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby approve the appointment of Joey Moore, as a member of the DuPage County Board of Health for a term expiring June 30, 2026; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Appointment” be attached hereunto and made a part of this resolution; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit certified copies of this resolution to Joey Moore, and the Board of Health, 111 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton, IL 60187.
