                     WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board policy; and

                     WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to ComEd, for electric utility supply and distribution services for the connected Public Works facilities, for Public Works, for the period of June 8, 2024, through April 30, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, for electric utility distribution services for the connected Public Works facilities, for Public Works, for the period of June 8, 2024, through April 30, 2025, for Public Works, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, ComEd, 2 Lincoln Center, 9^th Floor, Chicago, IL 60181, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,300,000, per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 (c) not suitable for competitive bids - Public Utility.
