TO PROVIDE HAND SOAP AND PERSONAL CARE ITEMS
FOR THE DUPAGE CARE CENTER

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Warehouse Direct, to provide hand soap and personal care items, for the period of September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2028, for the DuPage Care Center.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract to provide hand soap and personal care items, for the period of September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2028, for the DuPage Care Center, per bid renewal #24-061-DCC, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Warehouse Direct, 2001 South Mount Prospect, Des Plaines, Illinois 60018, for a contract total amount of $44,000.00.
