FOR MILTON TOWNSHIP SECTION 26-05000-00-GM

                     WHEREAS, the DuPage County Board heretofore adopted Resolution DT-R-0028-26 on July 14th, 2026 for the Milton Township Storm Sewer Materials (hereinafter PROJECT), which referenced Project Section Number 26-050000-00-GM; and

                     WHEREAS, due to a scrivener’s error, the Section Number for the PROJECT should have read 26-05000-00-GM.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board, that the Section Number for the PROJECT shall be amended to read 26-05000-00-GM.
