AWARDING RESOLUTION
ISSUED TO AL WARREN OIL COMPANY, INC.
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL
AS NEEDED FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
AND PUBLIC WORKS (CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $1,750,000.00)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder has been designated and the Transportation and Public Works Committees recommend County Board approval for the issuance of a contract purchase order to Al Warren Oil Company, Inc., to furnish and deliver gasoline and diesel fuel, as needed for the Division of Transportation and Public Works, for the period of April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver gasoline and diesel fuel, as needed for the Division of Transportation and Public Works, for the period of April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, and is hereby approved for issuance of a contract purchase order to Al Warren Oil Company, Inc., 1646 Summer Street, Hammond, IN 46320, for a contract total not to exceed $1,750,000.00, third renewal per renewal option under bid # 23-011-DOT, (Division of Transportation $1,000,000.00, Public Works $750,000.00).
