REAPPOINTMENT OF SEVEN MEMBERS TO
THE DUPAGE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH

WHEREAS, Deborah A Conroy has submitted to the County Board her reappointment of the following members to serve on the DuPage County Board of Health;
Margaret Harrell - Public Member
Paula Deacon Garcia - County Board Member
Saba Haider - County Board Member
Joey Moore - Public Member
Kathryn Mueller - Public Member
Lawrence Schouten - Public Member
Sam Tornatore - County Board Member
;and
WHEREAS, such reappointments require the advice and consent of the County Board under 55 ILCS 5/5-25012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby advise and consent to the reappointments of Margaret Harrell, Joey Moore, Kathryn Mueller and Lawrence Schouten as members of the DuPage County Board of Health, each with terms expiring June 30th, 2029; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby advise and consent to the reappointment of Paula Deacon Garcia, Saba Haider, and Sam Tornatore as members of the DuPage County Board of Health, each with terms expiring when they vacate the office of County Board or June 30th, 2027, whichever date is sooner; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the "Notice of Appointment" be attached hereunto and made part of this resolution; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Clerk shall transmit certified copies of this resolution to: Margaret Harrell, Paula Deacon Garcia, Saba Haider, Joey Moore, Lawrence Schouten, Sam Tornatore and the Board of Health, 111 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton, IL 60187
