GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND DONKA, INC.
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY COMPUTER TRAINING
AND JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES

WHEREAS, Donka, Inc. (“Agency”) wishes to expand their capacity and provide Assistive Technology Computer Training and Job Placement Services to DuPage County residents living with disabilities; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $50,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with hiring a part-time instructor and upgrading equipment and technology to support the expansion of the Assistive Technology Computer Training and Job Placement Services offered by the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
