GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND
ILLINOIS COMMUNITY FOR DISPLACED IMMIGRANTS
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR WINTER WEATHER ESSENTIAL GOODS

WHEREAS, the Illinois Community for Displaced Immigrants (“Agency”) wishes to provide winter weather essential goods for DuPage County immigrant families; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $30,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with providing winter weather essential goods including, but not limited to, coats, outwear, clothing and shoes; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
