WHEREAS, County Contract 8474-0001 SERV was approved by the Technology Committee on July 7, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Technology Committee recommends changes as stated in the Change Order Notice to County Contract 8474-0001 SERV, issued to Monday.com LTD, for work management enterprise seats, for Information Technology, to add ten (10) additional seats, 8 of which will be used for Community Services Weatherization Program staff, and increase the contract by $4,115.14, resulting in an amended contract total of $30,861.66.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Board adopt the Change Order Notice to County Contract 8474-0001 SERV, issued to Monday.com LTD, for work management enterprise seats, for Information Technology, to add ten (10) additional seats, 8 of which will be used for Community Services Weatherization Program staff, and increase the contract by $4,115.14, resulting in an amended contract total of $30,861.66.
