RESOLUTION CORRECTING A SCRIVENER’S ERROR
IN RESOLUTION FI-R-0113-26

WHEREAS, the DuPage County Board adopted Resolution FI-R-0113-26 on August 11, 2026; and

WHEREAS, the Resolution and attached Agreement (Exhibit A) awarded grant funds to Darien Lions Club; and

WHEREAS, the Resolution and attached Agreement (Exhibit A) should have awarded grant funds to Darien Lions Club Foundation. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution FI-R-0113-26 and attached Agreement (Exhibit A) be reflected to say that the grant funds are awarded to Darien Lions Club Foundation.
