TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE
RELATED TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of the contract to be issued to Storino, Ramello & Durkin, to provide professional assistance related to collective bargaining in conjunction with other County officials as co-employers.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to provide continuity of professional assistance related to collective bargaining for the DuPage County Board and other County officials as co-employers, for the period from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to: Storino, Ramello & Durkin, 9501 West Devon Avenue, Suite 800, Rosemont, IL 60018, for a contract total amount not to exceed $150,000.00.
