BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND
PARENTS ALLIANCE EMPLOYMENT PROJECT
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF LEARNING TOOLS AND WORKPLACE EQUIPMENT

WHEREAS, the Parents Alliance Employment Project (“Agency”) wishes to purchase learning tools and workplace equipment; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $12,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with the purchase of technology and digital learning tools, furniture, and simulated workplace equipment and materials for use within the M. Lee Learning Lab; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
