(SCRIVENER’S ERROR-CORRECTION COUNTY COST)

WHEREAS, the DuPage County Board heretofore adopted Resolution DT-R-0081-23 on September 26, 2023 awarding a contract to Meade, Inc. for 2024-2025 Traffic Signal and Street Light Maintenance at various intersections within DuPage County, Section 24-TSMTC-04-GM in the amount of $4,985,225.41; and
WHEREAS the County cost for the PROJECT should have read $4,895,225.41.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board, that Resolution DT-R-0081-23 is hereby amended to reflect a cost of $4,895,225.41.
