REAPPOINTMENT OF TIMOTHY CAPUA
TO THE LISLE-WOODRIDGE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her reappointment of Timothy Capua to be a Trustee of the Lisle-Woodridge Fire Protection District; and

WHEREAS, such appointment requires the advice and consent of the County Board under 70 ILCS 705/4, as amended.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby advise and consent to the reappointment of Timothy Capua to be a Trustee of the Lisle-Woodridge Fire Protection District for a term expiring April 30th, 2029; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Reappointment” be attached hereunto and made a part of this resolution; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit certified copies of this resolution to: Timothy Capua; Fire Chief Keith Krestan, 1005 School St., Lisle, IL 60532.
