GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND REPEAT BOUTIQUE CENTER
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR AN INFRASTRUCTURE EXPANSION

WHEREAS, Repeat Boutique Center (“Agency”) wishes to expand their current facility into an adjacent space; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $30,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency to support the cost of additional infrastructure needed to handle thousands of donated items responsibly and efficiently; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
