AWARDING RESOLUTION ISSUED TO

WEST PUBLISHING CORPORATION

TO PROVIDE LEGAL BOOKS AND UPDATES

FOR THE 18^TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT

(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $ 57,301.20)

WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board Policy;

and

WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract purchase order to West Publishing Corporation to provide legal books and updates, for the period of February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2030, for the 18^th Judicial Circuit Court.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to provide legal books and updates, for the 18^th Judicial Circuit Court, for the period of February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2030, for the 18^th Judicial Circuit Court, be, and is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to West Publishing Corporation, 610 Opperman Drive, St. Paul, MN 55164.
