GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND THE COMMUNITY HOUSE
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR TUTORING SERVICES

WHEREAS, The Community House (“Agency”) wishes to continue providing tutoring services to students which can support their academic success; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $6,600 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for tutoring costs associated with providing the Teen Thrive High School Study Group program to students living in the Hinsdale Lake Terrace area; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
