RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #9 TO AT&T INC. PO 922020/5866-1 TO EXTEND THE SWITCHED ETHERNET (ASE) SERVICE FOR THE ACDC AND DU-COMM PSAPS FOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS. (CHANGE ORDER AMOUNT: $15,000.00, NEW CONTRACT AMOUNT: $5,484,971.10)

WHEREAS, the DuPage County Emergency Telephone System Board ("DU PAGE ETSB") is an emergency telephone system board, established pursuant to Section 15.4 of the Local Government Emergency Telephone System Act, 50 ILCS 750/15.4 ("Act"); and
WHEREAS, the DU PAGE ETSB is authorized and empowered, pursuant to Section 15.4 (b) of the Act to plan, implement, upgrade, and maintain an Emergency 9-1-1 System for citizens of the County of DuPage and portions of Cook, Kane and Will counties; and
WHEREAS, the DU PAGE ETSB is authorized by law and local ordinance to make disbursements from the 9-1-1 surcharge funds it receives pursuant to law for costs related to products and services necessary for the implementation, upgrade and maintenance of the emergency telephone system; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with the DU PAGE ETSB by ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the 9-1-1 System Manager recommends DU PAGE ETS Board approval of AT&T Inc. Change Order #9, PO 922020/5866-1, to extend the Switched Ethernet (ASE) service for the ACDC and DU-COMM PSAPs for twelve (12) months. The contract period will run April 3, 2026 through April 2, 2027. The change order amount is $15,000.00, for a new contract total of $5,484,971.10.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that DU PAGE ETSB Change Order #9 to PO 922020/5866-1, dated January 29, 2026, covering said, the extension of Switched Ethernet (ASE) service, be, and is hereby approved by the DU PAGE ETSB to AT&T Inc., One AT&T Way, Bedminster, NJ 07921, for a change order amount of $15,000.00, and new contract total of $5,484,971.10.
