CORRECTION OF A SCRIVENER’S ERROR

IN RESOLUTION FI-R-0444-22

WHEREAS, authorization to transfer $467,500 to the BUILDING, ZONING AND PLANNING FUND for Fiscal Year 2023, pursuant to Resolution FI-R-0444-22 was approved on October 25, 2022; and

WHEREAS, said Resolution should have stated in order to maintain operations in the Building, Zoning and Planning Fund in Fiscal Year 2023, the County of DuPage finds it necessary to transfer an amount up to, but not to exceed, $467,500 (FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS) from the General Fund (1000) to the Building, Zoning and Planning Fund (1100-2820).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board that Resolution FI-R-0444-22 be revised to allow a transfer in an amount up to, but not to exceed $467,500 (FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS) in one or more transfers from 1000-1180-57001-0170 (Transfer Out Building, Zoning & Planning) to 1100-2820-47000-0000 (Transfer In General Fund); and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the said transfers may be made relative to the period of December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2023.
