GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND ALIVE CENTER, NFP
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR THE TEENTECH TUTORS PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Alive Center, NFP (“Agency”) wishes to provide a TeenTech Tutors Program; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $30,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with providing the TeenTech Tutors Program which allows for high school students to provide hands-on technology education to older adults; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
