WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Technology Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Estrada Consulting Inc., to provide data readiness and migration preparation services, for the period of September 22, 2026 through March 31, 2027, for Information Technology.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide data readiness and migration preparation services, for the period of September 22, 2026 through March 31, 2027, for Information Technology, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Estrada Consulting Inc., 1714 21st, #211, Sacramento, CA 95811, for a contract total amount not to exceed $157,300.00, per lowest responsible RFP #26-077-IT.
