ISSUED TO LIGHTLE ENTERPRISES OF OHIO, LLC
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER REFLECTIVE SHEETING ROLLED GOODS
AS NEEDED FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $90,000.00)

                     WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the lowest most responsible bidder has been designated and the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Lightle Enterprises of Ohio, LLC, to furnish and deliver reflective sheeting rolled goods, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver reflective sheeting rolled goods, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025, is hereby approved for issuance to Lightle Enterprises of Ohio, LLC, P O Box 329, Frankfort, Ohio 45628, for a contract total not to exceed $90,000.00, per lowest responsible bid #23-058-DOT, first of three renewals.
