WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Human Services Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Professional Medical & Surgical Supply, Inc., to provide ostomy, tracheostomy, urological and enteral supplies and services (med b) and enteral feeding formulas, for the period of July 30, 2026 through July 29, 2027, for the DuPage Care Center.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide ostomy, tracheostomy, urological and enteral supplies and services (med b) and enteral feeding formulas, for the period of July 30, 2026 through July 29, 2027, for the DuPage Care Center, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Professional Medical & Surgical Supply, Inc., 1917 Garnet Cout, New Lenox, Illinois 60451, for a contract total amount not to exceed $44,000.00, per lowest responsible bid #26-026-DCC.
