ISSUED TO PLOTE CONSTRUCTION, INC.
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER
BITUMINOUS PAVING MATERIALS FOR THE WESTERN REGION
AS NEEDED FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION

(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $50,000.00)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the lowest most responsible bidder has been designated and the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Plote Construction, Inc., to furnish and deliver bituminous paving materials for the western region, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period April 1^st, 2024 through March 31^st, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver bituminous paving materials for the western region, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period April 1^st, 2024 through March 31^st, 2025, is hereby approved for issuance to Plote Construction, Inc. 1100 Brandt Drive, Hoffman Estates, Illinois 60192, for a contract total not to exceed $50,000.00.
