AWARDING RESOLUTION
ISSUED TO FLOW-TECHNICS, INC.
TO PROVIDE SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS AND ACCESSORIES FOR JOF STORMWATER AND SANITARY LIFT STATIONS, FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $196,598.92)
WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Flow-Technics, Inc., to provide submersible pumps and accessories for the JOF Stormwater and Sanitary Lift Stations, for the period of June 9, 2026 through November 30, 2027, for a total contract amount not to exceed $196,598.92, for Facilities Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to provide submersible pumps and accessories for the JOF Stormwater and Sanitary Lift Stations, for the period of June 9, 2026 through November 30, 2027, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, Flow-Technics, Inc., 181 Ontario Street, Frankfort, IL 60423, for a total contract amount not to exceed $196,598.92, per lowest responsible bid #26-044-PW.
