WHEREAS, Purchase Order 8076-0001 SERV was issued to Journal Technologies, Inc. on December 1, 2025 by the Procurement Department; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends changes as stated in the Change Order Notice to County Contract 8076-0001 SERV, issued to Journal Technologies, Inc., for additional funds for monthly storage, for the Public Defender’s Office, to increase the contract by $32,000, resulting in an amended contract total of $306,024.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Board adopt the Change Order Notice to County Contract 8076-0001 SERV, issued to Journal Technologies, Inc., for additional funds for monthly storage, for the Public Defender’s Office, to increase the contract by $32,000, resulting in an amended contract total of $306,024.
