AWARDING RESOLUTION ISSUED TO
HOERR CONSTRUCTION, INC.
FOR THE 90^TH & KAYE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
(CONTRACT AMOUNT $30,845.00)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the lowest most responsible bidder has been designated, and the Stormwater Management Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Hoerr Construction, Inc., for the 90^th & Kaye Drainage Improvement Project.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that County Contract, covering said, for the 90^th & Kaye Drainage Improvement Project, for the Stormwater Management Department, for the period of September 9, 2025 through November 30, 2025, be and it is hereby approved for issuance of a Contract by the Procurement Division to Hoerr Construction, Inc., 1416 County Road 200N, Goodfield, IL 61742, for a total contract amount not to exceed $30,845.00; per lowest responsible bid #23-065-PW.
