TO FURNISH AND DELIVER MISCELLANOUS MAINTENANCE,
REPAIR AND OPERATION PARTS AND SUPPLIES

AS NEEDED FOR COUNTY FACILITIES
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

                     WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and OMNIA Partners, the County of DuPage will contract with W.W. Grainger, Inc.; and

                     WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract purchase order to W.W. Grainger, Inc., to furnish and deliver miscellaneous maintenance, repair and operation parts and supplies, as needed for County facilities, for the period January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027, for Facilities Management.                     

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to furnish and deliver miscellaneous maintenance, repair and operation parts and supplies, as needed for County facilities, for the period January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027, for Facilities Management, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to, W.W. Grainger, Inc., 100 Grainger Parkway, Lake Forest, IL 60045-5201, for a total contract amount not to exceed $176,300.00.
