GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND GREEN HALO SCHOLARS
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR COLLEGE ACCESS AND SUCCESS PROGRAMMING

WHEREAS, Green Halo Scholars (“Agency”) wishes to provide comprehensive college access and success programming; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $30,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with provision of said services that provide personalized support tailored to the goals, strengths, academic needs, and financial circumstances of the students served; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
