FOR CONSULTING SERVICES AS A LOBBYIST

WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Committee recommends County Board approval for the renewal of a Contract to Marquardt & Humes, Inc., to provide Consulting Services as Lobbyists representing DuPage County before the Illinois General Assembly and the State Executive Branch regarding legislation important to DuPage County, for the period September 15, 2026 through September 14, 2027, for the DuPage County Board.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to provide Consulting Services as Lobbyists representing DuPage County before the Illinois General Assembly and the State Executive Branch regarding legislation important to DuPage County, for the period September 15, 2026 through September 14, 2027, for County Board, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a Contract by the Procurement Division to Marquardt & Humes, Inc., 2001 Butterfield Road Suite 1110, Downers Grove, IL 60515, for a contract total amount of $94,500.00.
