APPOINTMENT OF THOMAS HAFFNER
TO THE NAPERVILLE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her appointment of Thomas Haffner to be a Trustee of the Naperville Fire Protection District; and

 

WHEREAS, such appointment requires the advice and consent of the County Board under 70 ILCS 705/4.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby advise and consent to the appointment of Thomas Haffner to be a Trustee of the Naperville Fire Protection District for a term expiring April 30th, 2029; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Appointment” be attached hereunto and made a part of this resolution; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit copies of this resolution to: Thomas Haffner; and Attorney Shawn P. Flaherty, 1804 North Naper Boulevard, Suite 350, Naperville, IL 60563.
