ISSUED TO MIDWEST OFFICE INTERIORS
TO FURNISH, DELIVER AND INSTALL ALLSTEEL, HON, AND
KIMBALL INTERNATIONAL REPLACEMENT FURNITURE
FOR THE FAMILY CENTER,
FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT: $61,149.28)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and Omnia Partners, Contract #R191802, R191804, R191811, the County will contract with Midwest Office Interiors; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends County Board Approval for the issuance of a contract to Midwest Office Interiors, to furnish, deliver, and install replacement furniture, for Facilities Management, for the period through November 30, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County Contract, covering said, to Midwest Office Interiors to furnish, deliver, and install replacement furniture for the Family Center, for Facilities Management, for the period through November 30, 2025, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to, Midwest Office Interiors, 10330 Argonne Woods Dr., Suite 600, Woodridge, IL 60517, for a contract total amount not to exceed $61,149.28, per proposal #47647.
