BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND COLLEGE OF DUPAGE
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR THE MCANICH ARTS CENTER 40TH ANNIVERSARY SEASON
REGIONAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN

WHEREAS, the College of DuPage (“Agency”) plans to run the McAnich Arts Center 40th Anniversary Season Regional Marketing Campaign; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $50,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with advertising services to promote the McAnich Arts Center’s milestone anniversary season; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
