AT&T
FOR IT TELECOMMUNICATIONS TO SECURE HIGH SPEED INTERNET
FOR STATE’S ATTORNEY’S OFFICE
(CONTRACT TOTAL AMOUNT $72,222.23)

WHEREAS, the County of DuPage by virtue of its power set forth in the Counties Code (55 ILCS 5/1-1001 et seq.) is authorized to enter into this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (30 ILCS 525/2), the County is authorized to enter into a Joint Purchasing Agreement for high speed internet; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the State of Illinois BidBuy, the County of DuPage will contract with AT&T; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial and Public Safety Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to AT&T, FOR high speed internet, for the period of August 1, 2026, through February 29, 2028, for State’s Attorney’s Office.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that County contract, covering said for high speed internet, for the period of August 1, 2026, through February 29th, 2028, for State’s Attorney’s Office, be, and it is hereby approved for issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to AT&T, 2000 W. AT&T Center Drive Hoffman Estates, IL, 60192, for a contract total amount not to exceed $72,222.23, per contract pursuant to the State of Illinois BidBuy.
