AS NEEDED FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $110,000.00)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the lowest most responsible bidder has been designated and the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to DuKane Asphalt Company, to furnish and deliver bituminous paving materials for the central region, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period April 12^th, 2023 through March 31^st, 2024.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver bituminous paving materials for the central region, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period April 12^th, 2023 through March 31^st, 2024, is hereby approved for issuance to DuKane Asphalt Company, 555 Rohlwing Road, Addison, Illinois 60101, for a contract total not to exceed $110,000.00.
