ISSUED TO LIGHTLE ENTERPRISES OF OHIO LLC
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER SIGN FACES
AS NEEDED FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $45,000.00)

WHEREAS, on January 13, 2026, the DuPage County Board approved DT-P-0002-26 for a contract purchase order to Lightle Enterprises of Ohio, LLC, to furnish and deliver Sign Faces, as needed, for the Division of Transportation and Public Works, for the one-year period, February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027, for the Division of Transportation and Public Works; and
WHEREAS, the awarded vendor is unable to meet all of the qualifications on the original bid #25-113-DOT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the DuPage County Board that Resolution DT-P-0002-26, dated January 13th, 2026, shall be and is hereby repealed and rescinded in its entirety effective immediately.
