BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE
AND THE CITY OF NAPERVILLE
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR NEWS CAMERAS FOR NAPERVILLE COMMUNITY TELEVISION

WHEREAS, the City of Naperville (“City”) wishes to purchase news cameras for Naperville Community Television (NCTV17); and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $30,185.70 in ARPA Interest funds to the City for costs associated with the purchase of five new news cameras for NCTV17; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared an Intergovernmental Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the City to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Intergovernmental Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the City.
