APPOINTMENT OF ZAIN RAHMAN
TO THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
resolution
WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her appointment of Zain Rahman to serve as a Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals; and
WHEREAS, such appointment requires the advice and consent of the County Board under 55 ILCS 5/5-12010, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby advise and consent to the appointment of Zain Rahman as a Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for a term to expire on December 1, 2030; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Appointment” be attached hereunto and made a part of this resolution; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit certified copies of this resolution to Zain Rahman.
