APPOINTMENT OF ALAN BOLDS
TO THE WHEATON MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT

WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her reappointment of Alan Bolds to be a Trustee of the Wheaton Mosquito Abatement District; and

WHEREAS, such reappointment requires the advice and consent of the County Board under 70 ILCS 1005/5, as amended.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby advise and consent to the appointment of Alan Bolds as a Trustee of the Wheaton Mosquito Abatement District for a term expiring December 1, 2027; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Appointment” be attached hereunto and made a part hereof; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit certified copies of this resolution to: Alan Bolds; Attorney Phil Luetkehans, Luetkehans, Brady, Gamer & Armstrong, LLC, 105 E Irving Park Road, Itasca, IL 60143.
