WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Technology Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Carahsoft Technology Group, for UIPath Robotics Process Automation licensing, for the period of August 14, 2024 through August 13, 2025, for Information Technology.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is for UIPath Robotics Process Automation licensing, for the period of August 14, 2024 through August 13, 2025 for Information Technology, exempt from bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 'Competitive Bids' (D) IT/Telecom Purchases Under $35,000, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract purchase order by the Procurement Division to Carahsoft Technology Group, 11493 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, Virgina 20190, for a contract total amount of $31,360.00.
