APPOINTMENT OF STEVEN MUSSER
TO THE GLENBARD FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

WHEREAS, Deborah A. Conroy has submitted to the County Board her appointment of Steven Musser as Trustee of the Glenbard Fire Protection District; and
WHEREAS, such appointment requires the advice and consent of the County Board under 70 ILCS 705/4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DuPage County Board that the County Board does hereby advise and consent to the appointment of Steven Musser to be a Trustee of the Glenbard Fire Protection District for a term to commence on May 26, 2026, ending April 30, 2029; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the “Notice of Appointment” be attached hereunto and made a part of this resolution; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk transmit certified copies of this resolution to: Steven Musser; and Maureen Strauts, Martin Craig Chester & Sonnenschein, 2215 York Road, Suite 550, Oak Brook, IL 60523.
