ISSUED TO LAKESHORE RECYCLING SYSTEMS LLC.
FOR SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL
FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $55,000.00)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder has been designated and the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Lakeshore Recycling Systems LLC., for Solid Waste Disposal, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract for Solid Waste Disposal, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, is hereby approved for issuance to Lakeshore Recycling Systems LLC., address 5500 Pearl Street, Rosemont, IL 60018, for a contract total not to exceed $55,000.00.
