TO PROVIDE 457 PLAN SERVICES FOR FINANCE
(COST IS BORN BY PLAN PARTICIPANTS)

WHEREAS, proposals have been taken and evaluated in accordance with County Board policy; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract purchase order to Creative Planning Holdco, LLC. d/b/a Creative Planning, LLC., to provide 457 Plan Related Services including strategic plan design, and fiduciary services for County employees, covering the period of August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027 for Human Resources.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said contract is to provide 457 Plan Services for County employees, covering the period August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027 for the County (Human Resources), per request for proposal (RFP) 23-046-HR, be, and it is hereby approved for the issuance of a contract by the Procurement Division to Creative Planning Holdco, LLC. d/b/a Creative Planning, LLC., 5454 W. 110th Street, Overland Park, Kansas 66211.
