ISSUED TO AL WARREN OIL COMPANY, INC.
TO FURNISH AND DELIVER AUTOMOTIVE LUBRICANTS
AS NEEDED FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
(CONTRACT TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $30,000.00)

WHEREAS, bids have been taken and processed in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the lowest most responsible bidder has been designated and the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract purchase order to Al Warren Oil Company, Inc., to furnish and deliver automotive lubricants, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period of April 12^th, 2023 through October 11^th, 2023.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract to furnish and deliver automotive lubricants, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period of April 12^th, 2023 through October 11^th, 2023, and is hereby approved for issuance of a contract purchase order to Al Warren Oil Company, Inc., 1646 Summer Street, Hammond, IN 46320, for a contract total not to exceed $30,000.00, per lowest responsible bid 23-040-DOT.
