GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF DUPAGE AND WESTMONT LIONS CLUB
FOR THE USE OF ARPA INTEREST FUNDS
FOR A WINTER CLOTHING PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Westmont Lions Club (“Agency”) wishes to administer a winter clothing program; and
WHEREAS, DuPage County (“County”) seeks to provide $30,000 in ARPA Interest funds to the Agency for costs associated with provision of said services to administer a winter clothing program to local residents; and
WHEREAS, the County has prepared a Grant Agreement which outlines the arrangements between the County and the Agency to govern the disbursement and auditing of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board approves the attached Grant Agreement (“Exhibit A”) between the County and the Agency; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the DuPage County Board hereby directs the DuPage County Board Chair to execute the Grant Agreement between the County and the Agency.
